As a Registered Nurse at Interim Healthcare, you will collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Medical Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Client Services Representatives and your clinical management team to ensure that our patients receive quality home health care and superior customer service.
RN - Home Care * Opportunity to develop plans of care, partnering with patients/caregivers and their healthcare providers to establish patient specific goals based on nursing diagnoses; and incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. This may include coordination with other disciplines and utilizing community resources in the planning process.
Conducting home visits, assessing patients? condition, progress toward goals, providing patients? care, teaching and other skilled interventions as ordered. Longmont area coverage needed.

Requirements include:
Current Colorado RN license.
Current CPR/BLS
Valid driver?s license/vehicle insurance
Home Health experience preferred but not required
