Personal Care Services Administrator Job Opening in Lake Charles, Louisiana - Seeking a dynamic administrator prepared to face the challenges in the health care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal care home operations, be able to provide new solutions, and a willingness to provide leadership in all phases of fiscal and operational management.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Administrator is responsible for planning and is accountable for all activities and departments of the Personal Care Services Program subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies to ensure proper health care services to clients.
The primary function of this position is to establish and direct the overall operation of the personal care operations to ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care and services.
Responsible for the personal care home on a daily basis with regards to staffing, payroll and administration, fiscal management, resident care delivery, staff training and education, marketing new clients and critical decision-making. Wages are based on prior experience.
Certification / Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent Administrator experience
Strong operations management and positive DHHS survey history is a plus
Resident of the State of Louisiana
A Bachelor's Degree, and
A minimum of four years of verifiable experience working in a field providing services to the elderly and or persons with developmental disabilities
