JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Manager provides daily supervision of all aspects of clinic activity to ensure efficient and professional occupational health services are delivered to our patients and clients. Oversees all of aspects of health services administrative functions as related to operations of the clinic and serves as a liaison with clients. Oversees the patient access functions of the clinic and facility. Provides leadership and training to staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Health professionals in the delivery of services for our employer clients and ensures a high degree of client satisfaction.
Promote the provision of cost-effective, high-quality health care services for patients and maintains standards of quality care.
Direct, supervise and coordinate the functions and activities of Develop initiative, motivation and positive morale within the clinic staff.
Develop operational plans to assure medical and logistical viability and to fulfill the clinics? goals and objectives in a coordinated, effective and efficient
Resolve problems related to patients, staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and
Analyze systems and procedures and initiate changes to improve work flow and efficiency. Maintain and compile statistics when necessary or upon the request of the senior
Select and train clinic personnel on clinic and corporate policies, objectives and operational procedures.
Work with clinic staff to develop/implement performance goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure coordinated efforts in the development of professional relations and contractual arrangements with third party payers, clients and government
Consult with medical staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Maintain professional affiliations and enhance professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional customer services skills with ability to resolve conflict and resolve client/patient complaints.
Possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft and Medical Billing/EHR Systems.
Able to work independently with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Medical terminology and previous experience working front/back end operations of a clinic.
Ability to communicate clearly, to work under pressure and handle stress.
Provide training, support and orientation for new employees.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, degree or certification in business management. Prior work experience may apply to degree or certification substitution.
Medical terminology and previous experience within a clinic-setting. Previous management experience in a clinic-setting preferred.
Basic Cardiac Support License (BCLS) Optional
