Your Job:
Our firm is growing and we?re in need of a motivated and adaptable leader to partner with our senior management team and CEO. The Chief of Staff coordinates and manages the essential activities of our Dialysis Programs for acute hospital clients, making strategic plans to ensure all business functions are efficient and at their most productive. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates the essential activities and projects of our Dialysis Programs for acute hospital clients
Act as an adviser to the CEO and senior management team
Joining meetings with hospital leaders to driving projects and follow ups
Independent leadership of special CEO initiatives
Assembling quality improvement (QAPI) data across all OUs and sharing monthly with hospital leadership
Tracking all acute operating, financial, and other quality metrics
Work with and/or lead cross-functional teams
Be a go between for staff, chief executives, department leaders and CEO
Assist CEO with internal communication, meeting with senior leaders and attending to staff needs, ensuring any problems are resolved
Keep CEO abreast on current company climate (employee wellbeing, project statuses, new proposals etc.)
Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success
Qualifications:
Education (certificates, courses)
Required Degree in Business Management or related field
MBA or Masters? in related field preferred
Experience (professional experience)
A minimum of 10+ years? experience in role
Experience in healthcare environment is required
Project management skills in a multi-site health care role would be preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and data driven skills
Experience in consulting and operations expertise
Ability to lead every operational or logistic issue as a project manager
Ability to manage complex projects in a wide array of operational areas
