Qualifications:
Experience and ability to provide strategic counsel to Senior Level Clients
Ability to operate in a highly matrixed client environment
Proven success at managing internal teams as well as client and third party resources effectively
Ability to lead teams to develop and execute project plans successfully
Manage and grow accounts or service lines
Minimum 8 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
Commercial Healthcare Industry knowledge and experience required
Payor experience a plus
Bachelor?s degree required
Willingness to travel 50% of the time is required
