Vice President, Provider Outreach Job Opening in Bethesda, Maryland - We are a rapidly growing Series B company funded by Venrock, ARCH Venture Partners, Biomatics Capital and Google Ventures. We are mission driven, intent on improving healthcare by partnering with independent primary care physicians to help them transition to value based care for Medicare and commercial populations. We are national in scope, operating in 15 states, in partnership with more than 1,000 primary care physicians.
We seek a business leader who will play a critical role in recruiting new practices to join Aledade ACOs and lead Aledade?s marketing and communication efforts. We are looking for an individual who is a thinker and doer; who is highly motivated, focused, and passionate about improving health care; and who has the skills and ambition to build a great company.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare and the shift to value based payment models. S/he will be inspired by the opportunity to drive this improvement by building a national network of independent physicians and enhancing the way that Aledade communicates with health care stakeholders at every level. S/he will be responsible for managing both qualitative and quantitative analytics designed to ensure that Aledade is effectively communicating with providers about value based care.
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role focusing on health care at a top consulting firm or in industry and will be well versed in value based payment models and the extended primary care ecosystem. Additional weight will be given to candidates with expertise in marketing and brand development.

Responsibilities
Conduct strategic analysis to evaluate the needs of independent providers in both existing and new markets
Support the development and on-going evaluation of communication efforts aimed at engaging and informing different provider segments.
Identify and evaluate potential channel partners who can support Aledade?s outreach efforts
Manage the outreach team, including outreach coordinators who are responsible for support outreach in different Aledade regions
Partner seamlessly with Aledade field and technology teams in all aspects of the work
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 8 - 10 years in similar role at a top consulting firm (ideally in health care) or in the health care industry and graduate degree preferred.
Experience with sales or marketing to independent providers including responsible for achieving revenue goals.
Superb strategic, analytic, problem solving and communication skills.
Comfortable going deep in the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player ? Strong collaborator who can work closely with Aledade teams across the country.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate uncertainty.
Desire to be part of an ambitious, mission-driven, rapidly growing company.
