College Grad - Schedule Coordinator for Sleep Patients Job Opening in Chevy Chase, Maryland - College Grads Preparing for a Healthcare Career (Chevy Chase, MD) Are you a post-grad interested in pursuing a career in medicine as an MD, PA or NP -- or have you completed a course of study in healthcare administration? We offer a unique opportunity for you to gain real world administrative experience working in a busy medical practice. This is a front desk position while also managing our sleep lab schedule. We will train you to interact with patients, manage the flow of patients through the office, assist our physician staff, schedule appointments, proof-read medical reports, verify insurance coverage, answer phones, update our electronic medical record, prepare patient charts and other vital administrative functions of a medical office. We will train you in the various administrative tasks that are the primary focus of these positions. The Center for Sleep & Wake Disorders, located at the Friendship Heights Metro stop in Chevy Chase, MD, specializes in the diagnoses and treatment of sleep disorders. This is a full time position during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
