Tax Accountant Job Opening in Mankato, Minnesota - You are a tax professional with high expectations and a strong desire to are a firm committed to teamwork, relationships, growth & development.
We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic tax professional to join our Tax group in our Mankato Office. The Senior Accountant, with minimal assistance, plans and executes engagements from start to finish, performs complex tax preparation and review, tax research and tax planning functions.
Key responsibilities may also include:
Compile, prepare and maintain financial data and records for assigned clients
Provide work direction and technical guidance to less experienced staff, assigned in-charge responsibilities
Recognizing, anticipating and resolving tax issues; makes recommendations
Markets Firm services to existing and prospective clients
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
Four or more years' experience in practice area with at least one year working with complex engagements
