CSR - Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Hannays Inc. is hiring a FULL TIME Monday-Friday Account Services Representative. A qualified candidate would be someone who works well with customer requests and is willing to learn and become knowledgeable and helpful about our products and customers. The job entails many general office tasks including, phone work, filing, bookkeeping, anything that helps the company continue to grow and remain organized.
Please possess good communication skills and a friendly courteous attitude for customer service. Some customer service experience would be beneficial. We need someone dependable and reliable. A self starter that is willing to multi-tasking and find continue to find work even when the phones are slow. An ideal candidate would be someone who is extremely helpful to our clients, willing to multi-task in a fast paced environment,and can keep the office organized while finishing all the tasks before days end.
Some Accounting Background is helpful, but not necessary. Use of 10 key, Microsoft Office. Organized and detail oriented.
