Office Assistant Job Opening in Beaverton, Oregon - Our accounting firm is looking for a team player for our office administrator position. This role will support our headquarters with general office and administrative support, data entry, and occasional light bookkeeping.
This position requires a positive pleasant attitude, professional demeanour and an uncanny ability to manage a busy workload.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones, scheduling, and coordinating calendar
- Filing, data entry, scanning, organizing client documents
- Light Bookkeeping
- Assisting staff and president on a daily basis with including travel coordination, pickup & deliveries etc;
Qualifications:
- 2+ years previous experience in a professional office environment
- Good time management & organizational skills.
- Intermediate typing and computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks a plus
- Team oriented -- willing to help where needed.
- Honest with excellent work ethics. Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma / G.E.D
Salary starting at $10.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Benefits Offered: Paid holidays, PTO & Retirement Savings program.
M-F: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
