Accountant- Grace Bio-Labs Job Opening in Bend, Oregon - Job Title: Accountant

Reports To: VP of Finance
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Grace Bio-Labs is hiring for a critical role on their Finance team. As our Accountant you will be responsible for managing Grace Bio-Labs day to day transactions in its Oracle ERP system. Responsibilities include accounts payables, payment runs, customer invoicing, accounts receivables, collections, check deposits, credit card reconciliation, payroll processing and timeclock management, and financial support of the VP of Finance.
Essential Functions:
Accounts payable processing and payment runs
Invoicing, accounts receivables processing, collections, bank deposits and cash receipts
Payroll processing, timeclock and vacation management
Communicate effectively and work well with others.
Work safely and follow all safety protocols
All other duties as assigned by manager / supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in accounting or related field
Five years? experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, & payroll
Proficiency in Microsoft office and Oracle
Proficiency in mathematics, accounting practices and bookkeeping
Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
