Feed Sales Manager - Central Wisconsin Job Opening in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin - Manage and coach a team of feed sales professionals toward the attainment of established goals for the region. Maintain key customer relationships by managing a list of own customers. Help establish and monitor regional sales goals, select new employees based on appropriate skill sets, job requirements and cultural fit, develop the sales team and review general work assignments for each employee on a regular basis. Update employees regularly on new product information.
Actively work to increase own personal skills and knowledge and manage and develop the sales team in regard to new products and services, skills, and company procedures and policies.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or more, in an agricultural field with at least five years of experience in sales or marketing management. Must be able to communicate well in both oral and written formats and demonstrate strong managerial skills.
