Sales Representative Job Opening in Madison, Wisconsin - POSITION SUMMARY
Sales representatives are responsible for improving the sales of the company products in each assigned account. They are responsible for directing, controlling, and evaluating the delivery and merchandizing activates at assigned accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct a sales call on all assigned accounts on the proper day and in established sequence.
Make calls on new accounts within your area and establish a working relationship.
Consistently promote the sale of company products through personal selling efforts and regular contact with your accounts.
Merchandise the complete product line in accounts including filling coolers, shelves, and displays.
Ensure all displays within your accounts include the applicable POS.
Consistently work to improve profitability through product pricing.
Consistently peruse new product placements within your account base.
Consistently secure primary locations within accounts to create product displays.
Secure primary locations within accounts for POS materials.
Monitor product pricing to ensure parity between competitive products.
Recommend to retailers cooler sets that will improve the visibility and sales of company product.
Plan and coordinate on premise promotions within accounts.
· Maintain and operate your hand held unit proficiently and with regard to its safety.
· Efficiently and correctly complete all necessary paperwork.
· Build and maintain a working relationship and open communication with the owners, managers, and employees of your accounts.
· Demonstrate a sincere interest in the business success of each of your accounts.
· Have a positive attitude about Webb & Gerritsen and all fellow employees when in discussion with retailers.
· Dress and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner.
· Report all accidents or injuries to your supervisor immediately.

Requirements

· Valid driver?s license & Clean driving record
