IComm is a consumer product marketing and distribution company that focuses on new and exciting products in the beauty and fitness space. We market and distribute our products to the DRTV and Live Shopping industries all over the world.
We want to add an Assistant Manager of Sales and Business Development to work with our team in researching potential new products, managing existing suppliers and products, and reaching out to our network of international customers to sell our products. This position is involved in specialized support tasks requiring initiative, judgment, discretion, and diplomacy. You will be working with a diverse group of clients, vendors, and outside contacts on routine matters as well as special non-recurring and ongoing projects.
We are looking for an individual who is energetic, motivated and creative. A team player who is highly organized and enjoys a dynamic and fast paced environment. A self-starter who can work in the team as well as individually and is fast and eager to learn new things and take on responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with suppliers to collect product details, marketing materials, samples for new products
Organize and maintain product and marketing information
Prepare new product marketing presentations
Update and distribute monthly status reports to suppliers
Introduce new products to distributors and follow-up on potential sales
Respond to regularly occurring questions from suppliers and customers
Learn and keep abreast of individual market trends, cultural requirements and customer specific business models in order to better target sales efforts
Maintain international list
Maintain international cost/price list
Research, find and evaluate new products for potential distribution to U.S. and international live shopping channels and/or international customers
Reach out to product owners and distributors to introduce IComm?s business and offer our distribution and product representation services
Attend industry conferences as needed to meet with suppliers and customers. May include weekend travel and phone calls with vendors and suppliers outside of normal working hours
Position Requirements :

Ability to multi-task
Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience
Requires a college degree, preferably with a sales and/or marketing focus.
Sound understanding of marketing principals
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Skype
