Schedule
25-30 hours per week- 7:30am ~1:30pm Mon ?Friday
Part time, Project Administration role, Responsible to perform and support tasks related to office administration, OEM customer order logistics, new and existing business quoting activity, customer tooling projects for a small, niche, tier automotive molded rubber supplier
Education:
-Minimum High School diploma required
-Prefer 2 or 4 year degree or certification
Skills and Competences:
- Prefer at least 2 years automotive tier supplier project administration experience
-Requires excellent organization, multi-tasking and follow-up skills
-Requires ability to work independently and in small team
Main tasks:
-Assist staff gathering and preparing information for quote calculations
-Manage Superoffice CRM CRM/Project management Software
-Manage tool project status list
-Manage data base in ERP system
-Manage and update customer websites
-Assist staff with customer receivable collections
-Assist staff with customer automotive compliance documentation
-Manage administrative aspect of tooling and sample orders with tool shops and production sites
-Assist staff with basic customer follow-ups, tracking deliveries, timing, logistics, expedites
-Review customer forecasts and coordinate serial part expedites with corporate logistics team
-Assist staff with administrative aspect of quality issues and related follow-up
-Work closely with corporate (European) program management, administration, accounting and logistics teams
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $45,000.00 /year
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Automotive Project Administration: 2 years
