Customer Service and Sales Agent Job Opening in Boise, Idaho - FiftyFlowers seeks a new addition to their team as a Customer Service and Sales Agent. Founded in 2002, we reinvented how brides and individuals purchase wholesale bulk flowers. We pioneered Farm to Door purchasing of fresh cut flowers. Today, our offices are in Boise, ID and Quito, Ecuador. As an e-commerce company our reach is broad, but we?re able to accomplish a lot from two medium-sized offices. Although our name originated from the traditional wholesale rose order, we ship packages of all sizes and sell a wide variety of bulk flowers, greenery, garlands and bouquets. Supplied by a global network of more than 200 flower farms, we have one of the most extensive selections of flowers available. Recognized widely for our wedding flower expertise, The Knot recently honored us with a Best of Weddings Hall of Fame award.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will communicate with customers and pro-clients using chat, telephone and email
You will assist customers with order placement on our website
You will provide guidance to clients asking for recommendations or assistance
You will develop leads for pro-clients and sell our products and services
You will resolve transportation and product related issues which may include delivery delays and flower varietal sourcing
You will address complaints with urgency and empathy
You will contact current and prospective customers and pros to sell, perform basic account maintenance and solicit new business
You will support department managers with administrative assistance as needed

Our offices are located in Boise downtown and monthly parking is paid. Salary is commensurate with experience. PTO, Medical Insurance and 401K is offered. This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday ? Friday 9am - 6pm, with occasional Saturday hours from 8am- 4pm.
Physical Demands
This position requires dexterity of arms, hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and/or 10-key; ability to see for the purpose of reading reports and information on the computer screen; ability to speak clearly so others may hear and understand conversation over the phone and in person; ability to hear and understand speech; ability to sit for extended periods of time; ability to lift and carry up to twenty lbs.
