Pre-Sales Engineer Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - Responsibilities :
90% Performing pre-sales engineering tasks, including (but not limited to): conducting product and solution demonstrations; creating tailored product demonstrations based upon specific customer environments and requirements; qualifying new sales opportunities and assisting with sales proposals; maintaining system configurations and deploying appliances to customer sites
10% Engaging with product, marketing and engineering teams regarding feature request and customer feedback
Recommended knowledge:
Previous experience working as a Sales Engineer or Security Consultant
Prior involvement with selling security products and services
A background in cyber security
A holistic understanding of the security ecosystem
Experience with ELK Stack and/or Bro IDS
