Sales Representative (Lubricant/ Implement in Oil Company) Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - A Japanese Lubricant Brand Oil company is looking for a sales representative in Boston MA
Salary: $60K-$100K
Work Location : Boston MA
This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Duties for this position involve maintaining good communication with current customers and prospective customers to expand and grow business. In addition, this position is required to assist and support the Management as needed.
Makes sales calls to potential customers for the purpose of obtaining new business.
Create sales planning and promotions to achieve the sales target in your accounts
Maintains current customers by providing comprehensive support including responding to requests and questions and problem solving as needed.
Assists customers with increasing sales by providing services in accordance with the Quality Audit at production facilities, sales training at customers? location, participating in joint sales calls, etc.
Quotes pricing, negotiates and helps with the preparation of sales contracts for product orders.
Lead the sales agents to achieve the sales target of sales agents
Communicates with other members to determine the planning and the pricing.
Reviews the financial condition of each customer and confirms payments from customers.
Delivers and shares customers? feedback with all members internally.
Reports to/ updates Group Manager on a regular basis.
Maintains updated information & knowledge about competitors, and develops targeted accounts.
Assists with the preparation and development of the company?s sales planning and budgeting.
Participates actively in promotional activities for increasing sales.
Assists Business Support Group in developing marketing plans.
Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Group Manager.
Complies with all company policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and safe working area.
Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
Reports all irregular issues and problems to the Group Manager for solution.
Maintains good communication with supervisors, office staff members and outside contacts.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor?s Degree from four year college or university; or one to two year?s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have more than 3 years of experience in a lubricant sales or marketing.
Must be highly knowledgeable in the Company?s business products.
