Staffing Coordinator (WEEKEND) Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Total Nurses Network is a supplemental nursing agency servicing the greater Milwaukee and its surrounding suburbs. We employ nurses and find them positions in hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospice and home care/private duty. We are a Health care staffing agency looking for a qualified staffing coordinator. This individual should have STRONG people skills and must be able to work with a verity of backgrounds and personalities. A strong attribute would be someone who can multi task, while being detailed orientated. Duties would include but not limited to, recruitment, interviewing, able to select appropriate staff for the open position. We are looking for a team player; someone willing to step up to the plate when issues arise when it is outside the normal business hours. TNN is looking for someone to take the initiative and does not expect someone to hold their hand. We would like someone who has several year experiences in the working world. Having healthcare experience would help with compensation.
Full Time: Friday-7am-3pm, Saturday 5am-5pm, Sunday 5am-5pm, Monday 7am-3pm
There will be On-Call. two weekends a month. then 2-3 days when not working on call over the weekend.

CAN NOT be a clock watcher- or you might realize that you are working to death
Should know there way in and out computer. Be able to book
Would prefer you live within 10-11miles of Milwaukee office
Must be able to re-act quickly to situations
Must work well under pressure and deadlines
Must possess a fun loving attitude while at the same time work at a stressful job while the phone is always to your ear
Must be flexible and work odd hours.
Must be comfortable handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple simultaneous client and field staff needs.
Requirements: Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); internet. * Minimum of 2 years? experience as Customer Care Manager and/or managing customer service within a healthcare office setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.
Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $16.50 /hour
