National Accounts Support Specialist Job Opening in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin - R.J. Schinner Co., a strong 60 year old company and a leader in the redistribution industry, has an immediate opening for a National Accounts Support Specialist for our Menomonee Falls, WI facility.

Job Summary
Provides sole support for the National Accounts team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Assists with the maintenance and nurturing of relationships between R.J. Schinner team and National Account clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Running analytics/sales history reports in Eclipse ERP/formatting in Excel
Excellent communication skills needed to be able to communicate effectively with vendors, sales, purchasing, and marketing teams
Communicating with on product/pricing changes
Entering bids/pricing for National Account RFPs and cross references using Eclipse, and advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables
Assist with creating and sending targeted messaging to National Accounts via Constant Contact
Printing materials for tradeshows/sales meetings
Managing price list updates monthly for National Accounts
Assist with follow-up on leads
Maintain contact databases
Field requests from national account customers and sales team for product data
Request images/spec sheets/documents etc. from vendors and internal teams per customer requests
General understanding of image and product compliance requirements (SDS sheets, case dimensions, etc.)
Research end-user pricing as needed for national account customers
Create and implement ideas for process improvement to increase business efficiency and productivity
Provide solutions to customer requests, issues, and inquiries to assure service excellence
Ideal Qualifications:
Preferred experience in marketing/sales B2B role: 2 years
Preferred Associates degree in marketing/business
Advanced/Expert knowledge of Excel required ? VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, and formatting skills a MUST
Strong analytical skills
Prior experience in foodservice, hospitality, wholesale distribution, janitorial or healthcare industry strongly preferred
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
Great people skills, and a positive attitude are a must
Strong team player, with high work ethic, eager to learn and contribute
Works independently, strategically minded, self-motivated individual with attention to detail
Problem solving ability focused on excellent customer service
Strong ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment
