Clinic Manager Job Opening in Thiensville, Wisconsin - Thurow Primary Preventive Healthcare is hiring to fill their clinic manager position by this Fall. We are an independent healthcare clinic located in Thiensville, WI (near Mequon). We prioritize the quality of care of our patients.
The candidate that will fill this position is expected to:
Handle some accounting, hiring and marketing tasks
Organize staff scheduling and payroll
Business planning and budgeting
Manage procedures, staff meetings and employee performance reviews
Learn multiple interfaces and manage several logins as pertains to the clinic
Respond to medical records requests
Be cross-trained with Medical Assistant and Front Desk staff positions to fill in as needed
Manage phone calls and messages related to patient care/management needs as needed
Check in patients, perform vitals and lab draws as needed
Work within our electronic health record system to schedule and resolve patient needs
Use flexibility to manage other tasks related to supporting our primary care provider

Company Description
Thurow Primary Preventive Healthcare is a primary care clinic located in Thiensville, WI, near Mequon. We are owned and operated by an independent Nurse Practitioner in Ozaukee County. Ages 16 & up, can see us for anything from wellness checks to chronic illness management. Walk-in appointments are available for acute care assessment and treatment. We offer well woman exams, annual physicals, and collect lab samples on site. We serve as the primary care provider for a variety of patients, whose care may include management of asthma, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, and/or reproductive health. We focus on wellness and prevention and consider it a privilege to work with our patients. We take great care to listen to their healthcare concerns and treat them in a complete and holistic manner.
