Icurrently have over 1000 tennants residential and comercial and have way more leads then the 12 agents i have can handle. We have a number of comissioned plans and can even offer a draw for a while until you get your feet on the ground and learn our system. i have over 200 properties for sale in central texas and am working on building a team to take down larger bulk REO packages. we are looking for commissioned agents and comissioned employes . i currently have 40 people on salery who can act as support helping to drive buisness your way. send a resume with a brief note on what you would like to accomplish with our company. some companies offer better commision splits but there agents are not closing deals I offer owner financing on my properties so if your buyer has the down payment they qualify. ie you have a flexible seller and land lord i have done 90 residental leases in the last 3 months and acording to the book of list 2010 did over 200 commercial leases making me the number 1 leasing agent buy volume also.
