Call Center Sales Agent-Owners Job Opening in Orlando, Florida - The responsibilities of the Owner Programs Representative are to provide Orange Lake owners information on all vacation package offers. Representatives must make owners aware of the package details of participation, verify customer demographics, sell vacation packages and assist owners in booking reservations for their vacation packages
In this position, you will be making outbound calls to our Owners and their referrals, selling them a promotional vacation package. We are looking for agents who are independent, upbeat, excited, and motivated!
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two years telemarketing sales experience preferably in a large call center environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus.
Understand written/oral instruction
background preferred.
Must be able to work a variable schedule between the hours of 9am-9pm, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs.
