This is a project based position with an estimated duration of 4-6 months. Great opportunity to manage a large, complex project and build your experience within Human Resources, Business Relations, Operations & Management.
A-Line Staffing Solutions has branch offices in the Chicago, Dallas and Pittsburgh areas along with its main recruiting hub in Metro Detroit. We specialize in contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements with a diverse national client base.
Selected candidate will oversee a large hiring initiative and supporting one of our key national customers.
Duties
Source, screen and interview prospective candidates for this employment opportunity*
Post open positions to various job boards* *
Cold calling prospective candidates* *
Build a referral network from qualified candidates* *
Track and maintain all activity in our ATS* *
Scheduling interviews and preparing candidates for success prior to the interviews* *
Facilitate on-site interviews* *
Extending job Offers upon selection* *
Assist with onboarding of new hires* *
Maintain a professional relationship with candidates once placed on the job* *
Monitor and counsel employees on an as needed basis* *
Support the client by helping to facilitate daily & weekly conference calls* *
Maintain various spreadsheets to track attendance and quality of work for this project* *
Maintain daily attendance lines for multiple projects*
Job Requirements
Must have superior MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) skills & experience
Must have superior communication skills
Have the ability to interface with C-Level executives
