Responsibilities:
Calculate Inventory Requirements for Multiple Warehouses Prepare and Place Purchase Orders Analyze and Establish Appropriate Inventory Levels Work with Vendors to Expedite Shipments and Resolve Issues Acquire Product Information, Pricing and Samples for Existing and New products Work with the Warehouses and Accounting to resolve Purchase Order Receiving or Billing Issues Reduce or Eliminate Excessive or Non-Selling Inventory Other Duties as Assigned
Training on cGMP and Job-dependent SOP's
Experience Requested:
2 +years of Purchasing/Buying experience required (Bid buying or MRO buying will be excluded) Proficient/Familiar with Product Cost Negotiations High level of communication and organizational skills Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task Professional phone etiquette required Ability to prioritize work in a Dynamic Environment
