The Manager/SRC Quality provides leadership within SRC to facilitate standards of practice and care that promote patient safety, quality in services, continuity and coordination in care.
What you will do:
Promote practice that is congruent with SRH Quality Initiatives and standards, Evidence Based Practice (EBP), CMS/ACO/Private Payer quality initiatives and contractual agreements.
Collaborate with domain expert to ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards (i.e. DNV and DOH).
Act as a representative with various accreditation and regulatory agencies when representatives are on site during inspections or other operational events.
What you will bring:
Minimum three (3) years of hands-on clinical experience and three
(3) years of experience in quality improvement, process improvement, total quality measurement required.
Desired experience with DNV accreditation and ISO 9000 Standards
Current WA State RN licensure required. If not RN, clinical degree with active licensure required.
BSN/BS/BA or Degree in health care related field or business administration with equivalent work experience.
Ideally Master?s Degree in public health, other healthcare related field or business administration, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience with data management and a facility with statistical analysis, data collection tools and regulatory standards are mandatory.
Exceptional leadership skills including the ability to effectively manage change.
Demonstrated ability to be responsible for and to successfully lead SRC providers and staff through process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to identify the opportunity, conduct analyses and develop and implement the improvements.
First year expectations:
Current Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within one (1) year of hire.
