Job Title : Roads to Community Living Program/WA Roads Program Coordinator
Job Summary : Performs billing activities and administrative support for a social service community based program aimed at finding and stabilizing housing for low-income and disabled adults in King County. Enhances program and team organizational effectiveness, systemic processes, and client service by supporting program tracking systems and performing office services.
Reports To : Program Manager
FLSA Status : Non-exempt
Essential Functions of the job:
Create and maintain monthly billing spreadsheet and reviews for accuracy.
Bill for client services on a monthly basis through provider one system.
Track payments on a daily basis via excel spreadsheets.
Maintains information (paper and electronic) by organizing filing and retrieval systems; inputting and processing database information; preparing reports and updates.
Processing of billing tracking spreadsheets and timesheets.
Assists in correspondence with authorizing DSHS/AAA case managers regarding client referrals, service billing, and other program service related matters as directed by program manager.
Maintains tracking reports of program employee attendance and work performance.
Communicates and coordinates with program employees to track and address scheduling and caseload coverage issues as well as case and billing-related questions.
Maintains office supplies inventory and orders supplies as needed.
Establishes a compassionate and respectful environment by practicing good communication skills; keeping client information confidential; conducting self in professional manner.
Maintains a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control protocols; addressing potential safety and health hazards; following emergency policy and procedures; and fulfilling education and certification requirements.
Fields incoming correspondence to assist with questions and concerns or direct to appropriate contact as needed.
Run program related errands in the field including purchasing items, delivering checks or paperwork to CCG?s, landlords, case managers, and other outside entities.
Track spending for program including tracking each individual purchase and recording into spreadsheet.
Provide continued tracking in provider one of state related purchases and payments to ensure reimbursement.
Submit reimbursement requests to DSHS case managers for client purchases and accurately identify and track payments.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS of the job:
Complete projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor;
Educational Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job:
One or more years of related experience in admin assistance and or billing.
Associates degree required-Bachelor?s Degree preferred.
Working knowledge of PCs including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
Physical Requirements Needed to perform the Duties of the job:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to computer keyboard, multi-line phone system, fax and copy machines
