Senior Smiles provides oral healthcare to residents in nursing homes in Yakima and Ellensburg. We are in search of a full time Program Coordinator to drive the program van, load and unload equipment, perform scheduling and clerical duties and to assist the Program Manager and providers as needed.
Successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years working as a receptionist or dental assistant in dental office setting and experience driving a van including familiarity with dental office equipment and supplies preferred. Knowledge of basic office procedures, computerized data management including EHR, computer and secretarial skills, working knowledge of office equipment and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service required. Must be organized and able to work in a changing environment with frequent interruptions.
High School Diploma or GED with demonstrated experience in support services management required. Business college degree preferred with emphasis on Administrative Assistant courses including basic accounting. Valid WA State Driver License required.
