Administrative Secretary Job Opening in Gaithersburg, Maryland - Position Details
We are looking for a professional, carer minded individual who is looking for a long term employment.
The position is full time (M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM). We can be flexible on work hours if desired. We can do a 4 day work week if interested at 32 hours.
Duties
Keeping track of day to day schedule (orders, etc.)
Creating and answering company emails as directed.
Typing work proposals for the owner from our templates or hand written.
Web searching materials, products, etc.
Logging in daily receipts of purchases.
Making necessary phone calls as directed.
Filing and keeping job paperwork, orders, and schedules organized.
Personal assistant to owner and conducting the stated above for owner's personal schedules.
Requirements
Must be fluent in verbal and oral English.
Must be able to type fast.
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Word and Excel).
Must be able to utilize office equipment.
Strong organization skills.
Knowledge of social media.
Familiar with minor
Other Requirements
Must be legal to work in the U.S. and willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Must be "a" high school graduate.
Must conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Must have no criminal background.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Secretarial: 1 year
