Office Administrator Job Opening in Bethesda, Maryland - The Role:
The Office Administrator will provide support to core business activities as well as Accounting and HR. This role is full time and based in our Bethesda, MD office. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, professional, and adept at handling multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
The Responsibilities:
The position involves performing the following tasks in an accurate and timely manner:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate people
Answering and screening phone calls
Managing and replenishing office supplies
Filing paperwork
Arranging office events
Auditing projects between paperwork and internal system
Tracking timesheets among consultants
Leading weekly all-company status meetings
The Requirements:
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
Exceptional verbal/written communication and organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented and enjoy helping others to stay organized
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
OpenAir experience is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check
