Currently seeking to hire talented sales mobile home industry in the United States is a multi-billion industry. Serving over roughly 92 million households in the United States. Nearly a 1/3 of home dwellers in the US live in mobile homes. Yet, with these numbers, it is an under-serviced and at times unrecognized industry.
Mobile Home Community is a leader in brand development. Providing the industry standard in which buyers and sellers connect. Providing tools and outlets to mobile homes. However, its growth in this arena has opened a new opportunity to service our clients; with service professionals.
Service Professionals known as; contractors, handyman, construction, home restoration, home remodeling, kitchen, bath, roofing, plumbing, flooring, HVAC and the 300+ other categories(professionals) in the home service industry.
Currently, service professionals are struggling in the marketplace in getting their business in front of buyers. Faced with over-priced, highly competitive sites as HomeAdvisor and AngiesList to name a few hinder and hurt service professionals more than they help in growth. We want to introduce service professionals in all 50 states, MH Elite through Mobile Home of service professionals being 1 of 47 contractors bidding on a project, that has cost them upwards of $100 per lead, we believe there is a different model, mobile homes. Mobile homes require the very same service and needs as traditional homes, with a with a bid rate of 2 contractors to every 1 job.
Mobile Home Community is look to hire the best in Business Development Professionals. A professional that understands the concept in acquiring a client, not a customer. We are hiring:
- One sales representative for Des Moines PLUS surrounding area.
- Knowledge of the business, contracting, construction market is ideal.
- The ability to accurately work various CRM platforms.
- Position requires, the ability to work remotely. We believe you should live in the state in where you work to understand the local flavor, needs, and economy.
- The ability to be a phone closer.
- The ability to work initially in data-mining leads.
- The ability and the want to cold call businesses.
- To articulate the opportunity, with an understanding of the mobile home industry and mobile home market in your state.
- Home office. Equipped, with computer, landline, cell phone, and a quiet working environment.
Compensation for this position for the first 90 days is commission ONLY. However, performance incentives will be paid through the first 90 days in addition to position. After your probationary period of 90 days, you will then be promoted to salary PLUS commission PLUS performance incentive.
- IF you exceed sales performance, in the first month, you will immediately become salaried plus commissions.
In addition to the above, you will have the ability along with management to set your state territory, hire and train new business development professionals and receive over-rides off their your 90 day period, you will be eligible for company paid healthcare, vacation, PTO, and quarterly salary reviews and you submit your resume and cover letter, make it specific to this position.
