This position is for a self-motivated, persistent and responsible person who will market and represent a specialty pharmacy. It will also entail calling/visiting physicians in the Philadelphia; Montgomery; Lehigh; Bucks; Delaware and Chester counties. This is a unique opportunity to secure a job with a niche pharmacy company. You will act as the key link between our company, the healthcare professionals, attorneys?, and clients. Your goal will be meeting sales targets. This position includes a competitive salary, car, healthcare and an expense account. Experience a must. This position is for a person who is driven, understands persistence and HUSTLE. Personality, presentation and social intelligence important. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking a plus but not necessary.
The goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company?s specialty pharmacy and maximize sales growth.
Responsibilities
Assess clients? needs and present suitable obstacles when clients are reluctant to sign up
Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe to our mail order service utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Provide pharmacy information
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions with pharmacy staff
Work with owner and investors to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted group in the decision making process
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest pharmaceutical data
This position works remotely and works closely with the operations, managers and intake specialist to ensure the company is promoted with business growth
Requirements
Proven work experience as a marketing representative
Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest pharmaceutical issues
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and Strong organizational and time management skills
BS degree in marketing
Salary ? Commensurate with experience
