This role will work with our Innovation team to take features from creative solution concepts to design and development completion.
Required skills
5+ years in UI/UX design
A strong portfolio demonstrating past design and development experiences - deliverables is a must
Well versed with Responsive Web, iOS, and Android design and development patterns
Able to build wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows
Experience leveraging wireframes, concepts, and prototypes in order to discover creative solutions
Talented at HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Knowledge of ReactJS and React Mobile, D3, Cesium, and Web Sockets required
Knowledge of other frameworks such as jQuery, Knockout, Bootstrap, Paper is a plus
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies
Effective and collaborative teamwork and verbal/written communication
Strongly passionate about crafting gorgeous, user-centric experiences
Lives on the cutting edge of web development trends and technologies
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement a full and coherent vision encompassing the entire product line
Build wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows from verbal and written specifications
Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate/improve UI/UX
Confidently articulate how a design solution answers user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and other project requirements
Translate ideas/concepts into premium visual designs
Develop designs into final solution
Education
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent.
Clearance
Must be US Citizen
Security Clearance is a plus, but not required ? must be clearable
