We are an award-winning brewpub in the southwest suburbs of Chicago that is seeking to expand upon our current distribution. We opened our doors in December of 2012 and have been brewing some great beers since. We are a fun-loving group that tries not to take ourselves too seriously but understand that hard work and a drive to succeed is what will bring our brewery forward in the ever-changing beer landscape.
Nevin?s Brand Ambassador Description:
The Nevin?s Brand Ambassador is passionate about craft beer and building relationships. They seek out new opportunities to share Nevin?s beer and offer support to all our customers. The Nevin?s Brand Ambassador is highly organized, detail oriented, maintaining an event/marketing calendar, and keeping track of Nevin?s evolving line-up of beers. This individual has excellent communication skills, is positive, task oriented, comfortable and energized in social environments. They are reporting out to the brewery and ownership on their daily activities, maintaining open communication with distributors on accounts visited, and representing our brand during sales calls and marketing events.
Responsibilities:
Develop routes for visiting new and existing accounts
Records detailed notes for each visit
Create and staff marketing events
Reports daily activities and marketing events to brewery, and distributors
Reports account details to distributors
Builds and maintains relationships with distributors
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Nevin?s beers and brewing process
Ensures that accounts receive all promised deliverables in a timely manner
Maintains a professional demeanor
Develops and maintains relationships within the industry
Seeks new opportunities for partnership and promotion of Nevin?s Brewing Company
Required and Desired Skills:
2 years of college
Sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to speak to a wide ranging audience
Excellent record keeping skills
Detail focused
Creative
Can think and implement on the fly
Valid state driver license
Compensation:
This will be a full-time salaried position, with travel reimbursement. Pay is commensurate with experience
The Nevin?s Brand Ambassador will have opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on quarterly sales targets
