We are a rapidly growing Chicago based ?All-in-one HR? (Payroll, 401K, Benefits, HR, WC) PEO firm looking for outside sales executives join our growing business. This position would be responsible for sourcing and closing new PEO/ASO business. We are seeking both middle and senior sales people for these positions.
Our expectation is that anyone applying has a minimum of 3+ years selling these services and has a history of exceeding their quota. Also note, our PEO medical benefits plan has the ability to take both healthy and unhealthy groups and clients consistently experience 21% benefits savings year over year.
If you are a consistent Presidents Club winner there is also an equity opportunity. We pay a strong base with high residuals commissions for the life time of the client. It is not uncommon for our top reps to be exceeding $350K within the first two to three years.

Job Duties
Find, present and close new business for our All-in-One HR platform.
Log everything into CRM with appropriate information
Manage any additional marketing/sales duties that come up
Understand and present the value proposition of all of our products to prospects
Build strong relationships with both partners, prospects and clients
Job requirements
3+ years selling payroll or PEO services to businesses in Chicago
Verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding quota
