Accounting Manager Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Description
The Tonkin Family of Dealerships is looking for an experienced Office Manager to work in our Gee Dealer Services division. The Office Manager is responsible for processing and generating financial data for Berco Billing Service and Auto Acceptance, which together represent the accurate financial condition of the business. An Office Manager is a valued partner to the General Manager and assists in identifying opportunities for improvement through financial metrics. This role is also responsible for management of administrative staff and functions within the Dealer Services Division.
Requirements
Must have strong accounting knowledge and analytical ability, excellent communication and organization skills, and strong attention to detail. Successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks and be a quick learner with new software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Automaster a plus.
Required Education
High school diploma required. College accounting coursework preferred.

Compensation
Salaried pay commensurate with experience and full benefits. Benefits include: * Discount at all Tonkin locations on vehicles, service and parts * 401k with company match of $.50 on every dollar up to 6% after one year * Full Medical and Dental for just $25 per month * Two weeks paid time off in the first year.
