Product Manager Job Opening in Concord, Massachusetts - Cardinal Health Inventory Management Solutions (CIMS) is a SaaS solution enabling healthcare providers and manufacturers to effectively manage supplies with market-leading innovative technology. CIMS leverages a portfolio of advanced hardware (e.g. RFID) and cloud-based software including an advanced analytics platform providing full visibility and control of all supplies from low cost commodities to high cost devices and implants. We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused team members to join the Cardinal Health team and lead the industry optimizing supply chain, inventory management and clinical workflow practices.
Position Summary:
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for ownership of product areas within Cardinal Health Inventory Management Solution (CIMS). You will drive the product roadmap, engage with customers to understand their needs, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams across our organization.
Accountabilities:
Understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and track competitive activities to drive product vision and the roadmap in alignment with the overall business objectives
Champion Voice of Customer, prioritize product and customer requirements and make trade-off decisions to successfully define and launch product releases
Coordinate with other product managers to ensure integrated and seamless customer experience of the whole product, especially where there are co-dependencies for successful product operation in the field
Define epics and user stories, drive backlog allocations, collaborate on UI/UX, and partner with the engineering teams in the Agile development lifecycle
Assist in development of product positioning, value messaging and product pricing models
Partner with QA, Training, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high quality product collateral, technical documentation, demos, and user guides
Participate in product demonstrations, industry conferences, and webinars with customers and partners
Build effective relationship with engineering, marketing, sales, account management, operations, customer support and other cross-functional teams to communicate and bring successful products to market
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor?s or Advanced degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field required
3 ? 5 years of product management experience
Proven ability to bring products to market
Experience in enterprise software is required. Software and hardware product management and healthcare industry experience a huge plus
Strong technical acumen and deep familiarity with how software is built and maintained in a SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile development: backlogs, user stories, release planning and strong partnering with Engineering
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Passion for improving healthcare
Some travel required to visit customers and attend events
Required work location ? Boston area
