Supervisor - Sales Administration Job Opening in Piscataway, New jersey - We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Administration Supervisor to join JESCO Sales Administration team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales administration team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4 Sales Operation Analyst
Manage all sale documentation including but not limited to: Deal Calculation sheets, Sales Orders, Credit , Financial documents, PO?s, Warranty documents, titles/MSO?s, lien searches, Preventative Maintenance contracts.
Manage and maintain credit approvals.
Provide support as necessary to complete all general invoicing for equipment costing.
Submit contracts for payment, track documentation and ensure funding. Provide any additional documentation required. Distribute necessary financing documents to internal personnel. Mail customer copies out.
Provide oversight to the analyst of all deal paperwork submitted by the field sales staff including discounting structures.
Manage all aspects of the Rental Purchase process.
Manage the Governmental Sales process (Bids/Co-Operative purchasing)
Manage and maintain pending Sales deal list.
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
4-5 years experience as a supervisor or manager
5 years equipment sales experience and/or construction industry experience a plus.
Undergraduate degree or appropriate education background in Business related studies
Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. (Including presentation skills)
Ability to speak in front of customers.
Positive and driven personality.
Ability to problem solve and project manage.
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
