We are hiring for an engaging and driven Regional Sales Manager in the Illinois region to help us reach the next height.
Mandatory requirements include, but are not limited to: 3 years of successful industrial sales experience, sales experience in a TIGER market segment is preferred and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Collaborative teamwork and effective communication are also important to move us forward.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth and customer satisfaction
Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to company policy
Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers
Enter and maintain data in Pipeliner
Forecast sales for region
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications we are looking for include:
High School Diploma is required; College Degree is an asset
Minimum 3 years in an industrial sales field with proven success
Sales experience in a TIGER market segment or paint/powder coatings is preferred
Fluent in English (spoken, written and reading)
Skilled in working with sales processes and techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
Strong Contact Management Software skills
Able to travel locally (75% of time) within the USA to current or potential clients
