XFINITY Direct Sales Professional Job Opening in Aurora, Illinois - Retail Location - Fox Valley Mall
Prior COMCAST/XFINITY sales experience is preferred but not required for the role of an Xfinity Sales Professional. The position being offered is an incredibly lucrative, fast-paced sales and customer service position where you would be expected to engage with customers and market the Comcast/Xfinity products and services. We are looking for high energy professionals, that are looking for rapid career growth, and comfortable working in a sales environment! The individual we select must have great communication skills to ensure they are matching customers with the right Xfinity product.
Work in designated location and market Xfinity/Comcast products
Direct Sell, market, and offer Xfinity/Comcast services to perspective customers
Explain benefits and services of all Xfinity/Comcast services and products
Work with current Xfinity/Comcast customers in promotional offers, discounts, package deals and upgrades
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Handle over the phone sales and inquiries for new and/or current customers
Compensation - Training Pay, New Hire Bonus, Minimum weekly pay plus commission, and weekly bonuses!!
