Outside Sales Job Opening in Brookfield, Wisconsin - A regional branch of a national construction products corporation is seeking an Outside Sales professional to join their team in the Brookfield, WI area.
Full-Time Monday - Friday
Base of $50-$60K + Biannual Bonus
Expected income based on $50K starting income: 1st Year = High $50,000s, 2-3 years = $70,000
Required to Travel approx 25% of time
Duties include but not limited to:
Securing new business for national and large corporate accounts
Presenting sales presentations to corporate accounts
Establish a rapport with key decision makers of corporations
Cold Call and establish relationships to establish new sales
Maintaining and scheduling your travel plans and expenses (company paid travel expenses)
Schedule, set up, and engage in trade shows based on market needs
Establishing sales by maintaining good communication, negotiation, and proposal techniques
Work with architects, designers, and corporate executives
MUST HAVES:
Dynamic personality who is warm, engaging, and confident
self-motivated and driven to succeed
LOVE of sales, traveling, and public speaking
urge to prospect new clients and network with existing clients
experience with SalesForce
ability to read blueprints and understand architectural drawings (will train if necessary)
Computer Savvy - especially proficient with MS Powerpoint & MS Office
