Shipping Fulfillment Admin Job Opening in Payson, Utah - RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation of weekly and monthly fulfillment invoices.
Creation of daily invoices shipped report.
Coordinate international and domestic shipments for all customers and creation of all packing documentation.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our fulfillment system to prospective clients and provide customer service to existing customers on fulfillment.
Liaise with accounting to reconcile all freight and small package carrier billing.
Liaise with shipping vendors to negotiate pricing to obtain best service and rates for shipments. Ensure proper vendor selection for each shipping location.
Product and label receiving administrative work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience working in Microsoft office, intermediate to advance intermediate proficiency required
Ability to efficiently learn new systems
Strong experience and ability to multi task over several time critical projects
Experience and ability to effectively communicate with vendors, co-workers and clients
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple priorities
Great attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
Unrelenting sense of urgency
Customer service oriented
Ability to self-direct when needed and work well within a team environment
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1-2 years previous shipping experience
