Client Services Assistant Job Opening in Orem, Utah - Local, expanding, 30 year young financial services company looking for energetic, professional, self-starting individual to join our exceptional team of financial service professionals.
This opportunity requires the successful candidate to be exceptionally proficient in customer service as well as the ability to work in an environment that requires high attention to detail.
As the Client Services Assistant-Front Office, you will be working directly with Financial Advisors and clients of all ages helping to meet their needs, answer questions, and fulfilling the necessary paperwork for advancing their financial plans and programs.
What the job requires:
Professional, mature demeanor and dress in all company activities.
Must be well-spoken and comfortable speaking with high net worth clients and others who contact the office.
Assist Securities Representatives with meeting client needs and completing various types of financial and compliance paperwork.
Ability to learn the calculation, auditing and billing of managed investment accounts.
Ability to work with confidential files. You will be working with confidential and proprietary information. Because of this you will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and will be subject to a background security check.
Data entry of various types of information utilizing multiple computer databases.
Activities include the filing and electronic scanning of documents.
Answer incoming telephone calls following company protocols.
Mail sorting, verification, and delivery.
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Ability to learn and work with new computer systems will be required.
This is a full-time position with full and generous benefits, including healthcare, 401k, Health Services Account, and paid time off including holiday and sick pay. Compensation will depend upon experience of the candidate as well as any financial service training, licenses or designations held by the candidate.
