Multi Housing Account Pay/Rec Specialist Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Multi Housing Account Pay/Rec Specialist Responsible for prompt and accurate data entry of vendor invoices, timely and accurate payment of all company invoices, resolving payment issues, reconciling vendor statements. Multi housing property management is strongly preferred. Specific tasks include: ? Prepare purchase orders ? Match vendor invoices to purchase orders ? Process all vendor invoices for payment. ? Coordinate with site personnel ? Support maintenance of Purchase Order system ? Support creation of ?preferred Vendor? pricing list for all properties ? Maintain vendor files (e.g. file/scan) ? Track sales/use tax payments and filings ? Field vendor calls ? Research payable information, as needed ? Reconciliation of vendor statements ? Enter/maintain vendor information ? Prepare form 1099?s at year-end ? Schedule and process wires and ACH credits. ? Assist Controller in closing monthly books ? Assist controller with preparation of draw requests ? Allocate insurance and other expenses , as needed ? Support of accounts receivable. ? Other duties as assigned This position requires 2-3 years? relevant experience and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and accounting software skills, Yardi and Peachtree preferred.
