ROLE MISSION:
The International Sales & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a ?Voluspa Ambassador? by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Speak with sales reps and customers about new products and articulate selling points of Voluspa products.
Support sales representatives by providing them with the tools and information they require.
Maintain and develop business with existing distributors and customers which are located in dozens of countries across the world.
Develop new customers based on leads from our website or other referrals.
Field calls and emails from international customers and assist them with needs including order discrepancies, damages, product questions, sales and marketing material requests etc.
Implement and administer unique pricing and distribution terms for each customer.
Process sales orders and communicate shipping dates and order status to customers.
Represent Voluspa at tradeshows.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years experience with international customer service and at least 5 years of general customer service or sales experience in consumer products.
Experience in dealing with international distribution including demonstrated ability to work through language barriers and understanding the dynamic needs of businesses in other countries including sensitivity to cultural differences which impact business relationships.
Knowledge of foreign currency.
Excellent written communication skills.
Excellent verbal presentation skills.
Excellent information management skills and ability to keep track of different trade terms for nearly every account.
