We are CARE NETWORK , one of the fastest growing Home Care Organizations that provides non-medical care to clients within the greater Los Angeles area. In a nutshell, we supply Home Care Aides/Caregivers to clients at the convenience of their own homes.
We are looking for enthusiastic Marketers or Sales Representative/s that will be responsible for generating clients, client referrals and representing our agency in the healthcare community.
QUALIFICATIONS
He/She must be able to:
Have strong prospecting skills; comfortable in cold calling; handles rejection well
Develop new referral sources in the community
Strengthen relationships with existing referral sources
Sell and promote the agency services in the community.
Create new business within assigned area according to goals
Pre-plan weekly marketing activities
Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity
Coordinate sales activity with all office staff to assure appropriate follow-up
Maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness in daily activities
Confident in public speaking; event coordination
Create and develop promotional material as needed
Job Location: Torrance, CA (main office) but will service within Los Angeles area
