Inside Sales Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Summary/Objective
The role of the Agricultural Inside Technical Sales representative is to provide customer focused consultative sales for Dultmeier Sales? customers over the phone. The Agricultural Inside Technical Sales representative will help customers by making sure they are ordering the correct items for their application, assist them in troubleshooting problems, and consult them on other products Dultmeier Sales? offers.
Essential Functions
Responsible for answering 50-60 phone calls per day selling and assisting customers with technical questions in the Agriculture, Petroleum, and Industrial markets based on Dultmeier?s 500-page catalog and its link to a multitude of vendors.

Answer 50-60 phone calls per day selling and assisting customers
Provide exemplary customer management and consultative selling
Help customers troubleshoot problems over the phone by answering technical questions
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Safeguard and maintain all provided tools and equipment
Meet sales goals determined by Sales Manager

Physical Demands

Must be able to have manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds (Trade Shows Only)
Must be able to sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours a day)
Required Education & Experience
A degree in business, agriculture, industrial, or petroleum is preferred
3-5 years? experience in sales or sales support in a related industry preferred
Other Duties
Travel to and work Trade Shows to promote Dultmeier Sales products
Provide Customer Feedback on products and service to management
Attend training off site if necessary
