Responsibilities will focus on, Residential Construction Estimating/Sales
Responsibilities would include,
* Sales and estimating, bringing in new jobs
*Compiling estimates of how much it will cost to provide a client or potential clients by working out how much a project is likely to cost & create budgets accordingly
*Working overtime to achieve goals
*Manage a good and professional relationship with customers
*Take photographs that accurately depict the scope of work and upload as required
*Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
*Tracking Budget Expenses
*Planning
*Establish and maintain a good relationship with Vendors/Sub Contractors
*Build and maintain relationships with tradespersons and material vendors for pricing research
*Communicate closely with the Project Managers
*Sell projects such as,new construction, basements, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, decks etc.
*Deliver company sales targets & goals
Requirements would include,
*Knowledge and experience of estimating & sales
*Knowledge and experience in the CONSTRUCTION Field.
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Excellent time/priority management skills
*Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
*Willingness to work overtime as needed and do whatever it takes to take care of our customers.
*Xactimate experience is a plus
*At least 5 years experience in residential construction industry
*Candidate must be reliable, dependable and must have a valid driver's license.
Construction knowledge is a must for this position. Experience in Sales is a must for this position. Experience in Estimating is a must for this position. Please send ONLY qualified resumes.
