Senior Accountant with Property Management Experience Job Opening in Irvine, California - 4G Ventures, an Orange County investment company, is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage all aspects of accounting and to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
This position performs a wide variety of financial and accounting related tasks in support of restaurant, hotel and real estate operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Process accounts receivable and cash receipts for assigned projects.
Manage and completes all general ledger journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Recognize and record inter-company transactions.
Perform month-end close procedures including bank reconciliations, monthly accruals, recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
Prepare/review monthly GAAP financial statements for multiple entities and supporting schedules.
This position reports to the company Controller.
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or similar.
5+ years real estate & property management experience strongly preferred.
Experience using Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel.
Ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
