Summary:
This position is with small accounting firm located in Portland, ME. You are the first point of contact for many of our clients. The first face clients see standing, well sitting, at the front line with a giant banner saying who we are! All while maintaining a professional demeanor and helping clients the best you possibly can. Okay, there is no giant banner but there is a smile on your face, so hold on to that because being friendly is a big must! Ideally, you?re interested in math (who isn't?) entrepreneurship, small business and operating the command center that will hurl the accounting profession into the 21st century.
Ask yourself, how do I make accounting cool? No answer? No worries, we'll work on that together and remember, sometimes the best answer is "I don't know."

Maintain office inventory for supplies etc.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (Associates Degree Preferred, not required)
Strong work ethic and team player
High level of integrity and Professionalism
Self-Starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Working knowledge and experience processing Payroll
